How to connect a TV to computer, HDTV to computer or laptop

I explain the best way to connect your desktop or laptop computer to your HDTV. This will not work with a standard definition TV. I choose the HDMI cable method because it is the absolute best way to do this when concerned with picture quality. I use a DVI to HDMI converter but a video card with a built in HDMI port is even better.
Please note that just about any computer is capable of doing this but if the video card is not powerful enough you may see choppy video on the TV as a result.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON EXPENSIVE HDMI CABLES!!!!
The cheap cables are EXACTLY as good as the ridiculously expensive ones. This is a proven fact that I find hilarious people try to argue:

Clevo W870CU laptop for sale: Temecula, CA
I recorded this video with a tape camcorder so keep that in mind. Game settings is all on high and plays smooth. Would also note that this game(MW2) plays exactly the same with the i5-520m vs the 920xm processor. Only difference as far as games go, is that the i5-520m runs a lot cooler, and uses less power, which is why I opted with the 520m. Game looks a lot better in person. Comes with 120 watt, and 160 watt ac adapter.

In terms of games, you can utilize basic flash games as well. 2. If you have kids, you can use a distribution of Ubuntu called Qimo which is a specific pre-configured OS for kids. It has all kinds of cool things that kids enjoy. 3. You can use it learn new operating systems by way of VMWare or simply install the OS on the machine. Refurbished Computers good deal?
Is there any difference between a refurbished computer and a new one? I’m thinking of getting this one. http://shop3.frys.com/product/5748392 is it a good deal?
No that’s a terrible deal you can prolly get a hunk o’ junk for that range new. I suggest building your own.
Discount Laptop for College?
OK, here is the story…im in search of a new laptop for college with anywhere from $200-$600 available to me.
Priorities:
-Dual Core
-Prefer Intel over AMD
-2GB plus RAM
-Decent graphics card (Anything that could run COD4 would be great)
-At least a 2.0GHz + processor speed
I have shoped around somewhat and have come up with two possible choices:
