I just want to know because I was planning on buying one soon but don’t know where to get it and what the best types are. Does anyone else know where I can get a good laptop for cheap? Thanks!

My suggestion is to go on E-Bay. E-Bay is FANTASTIC!! My husband and I baugh our daughter an almost brand new HP laptop. Its amazing! The condition is incredible! Not a scratch ording anywhere!! The only way that we knew it wasn’t brand new, was because it didn’t have anything stored or saved on the laptop, nothing was saved on the hard drive and it also arrived in the original box and was already open! I haven’t really done much with Amazon, but my husband has, and he likes E-Bay way better!! Sorry amazon & Company!! =]

Its a pretty good laptop for its price.I did not have any problems with it till now.There is only one minor thing which irritates me.The volume from the speakers is very low.You have to concentrate hard to listen to the sound from speakers.If you are looking for a laptop with high output from speakers please avoid this laptop.

I did tons of research before I purchased this computer, & I’m so glad i purchased this one! Set up is a breeze. I love the pattern on the computer, it completely eliminates finger prints & smudges. I have read reviews that said not very good speakers/sound. But, I have to disagree, mine is powerful & I love it! The offset track pad is in the perfect position for typing & very convenient. Fast shipping,(I chose 2 day)arrived exactly when it was estimated. Tracking was dead on accurate. I love this computer, hopefully it lasts a long time! Overall review: BUY IT!!!

The MSI GT780R just came in! We were excited to open the box and try out the unit. This is one of the few laptops we have seen that has a matte screen in a long time and we were happy to see the Dynaudio and dual exhaust features be carried over from the MSI GT683R as they were both features we really liked on the 15″ version of this laptop.

The Geforce GTX560M is a very capable gpu and the Intel Core i7 2630QM is a extremely strong mobile processor. Top it off with 1TB of HDD and 16GB of RAM and you really have a fully loaded package here for a good price.

The illuminated keyboard gives you an extra layer of customization and personalization and a good alternative to more expensive Alienware laptops if you really wanted that color led lit keyboard. Infact the Steelseries keyboard is better than that you can find on Alienware so this is a step forward.

My HP laptop screen developed vertical lines and became annoying.

What to do? Use the folded down screen as the base for a Goodwill $16 Dell 15″ monitor.

I never use the laptop on its batter.

The old screen acts as a platform for the Dell monitor, USB WIFI adapter, pencils, etc.

Not too shabby.
