The Magnavox Odyssey came out in 1972 and it was really just a “video game” console that flopped…
The first console …
The first console computer was Magnavox Oddysay, from 1958, which had a very simple pong game.
(Rendered in 2-bit gtaphics i think, but used VERY large blocks as pixels that had thick borders in between, used its own screen, but was so simple it didn’t even have a score system, load screen or main menu)
Anyway the IBM PC used a 24-function keyboard.
well when the …
well when the 56kbps internet comes out it had known to be the fastest internet speed, no more higher internet speed. But now, the speed had reached 1gbps and it had predicted that the speed will be 100gbps in 2015

Many thanks for the artist names, Jim
I actually listened …
I actually listened to it after your comment and didn’t hear much similarity I assume you are talking about the Metallica song. The Ecstasy of gold is from the famous spaghetti western the good the bad and the ugly, the version in this video is taken from a remix CD of Ennio Morricone’s (the composer) more prominent works. He’s up there with Williams or Goldberg in my opinion and you should check him out, he has been working with Tarrantino recently..

it has been predicted that in 2013 a computer will be created, smarter that the average human, and by 2043 a computer that will be smarter than the entire collective human race, amazing isnt it?
Agreed. . . Aside …
Agreed. . . Aside from just a rough outline of computer history I wanted to show how far computers have come over the years, I find it amazing. Back in the 60’s Gordon Moore said that computing power (or the # of transistors in a circuit) would just about double every 2 years, and he was just about right (pause at the graph at 1:52 )
The rate at which …
The rate at which computers are developed at is amazing.
